It is my own opinion that when you're paying for a service, the service provider then becomes your employee. As such a great amount of respect and understanding should be administered by them.
Since employing the services of GP, I expected my stress levels to reduce, unfortunately my experiences are to the contrary. Debtors were contacted after an agreement was made that they would not be so. More black marks than necessary were applied to my credit records.
The level of communication from GP is very poor! I have up trying to contact my personal account manager. He was impossible to contact! I had to resort to communicating with my first point of contact instead. It was apparent that she had found my communications an annoyance as she became less amicable and babe shorter and more stern during calls.
Because of my sufferance and lack of personal support I do not have the will power or energy to shift to another provider, even a free one. So I'm stuck with the disappointing services of GP.
THIS IS BASED ONLY ON MY OWN EXPERIENCES. I AM NOT CONNECTING ON ANY BUSINESS CARRIED OUT ON BEHALF OF ANY OTHER PARTY.

I’ve called on a few occasions and held on for a good 30/40 mins. Then requested a call back. I called in March to close this account and pay and was given a lot of information which turned out to be partially incorrect. Had to call again to ask about the account before finally getting final settlements which I felt could have been a better experience.
