| 21-Jun-2019 | Poor | I was told it would take a few days to close my plan and then after 2 weeks was told it could actually take 4-6 weeks. I kept getting text messages every day saying my plan was going to close even though I was trying to pay it off. I eventually paid it off yesterday and got atect this morning again! There was also confusion regarding one of my lenders, but that’s what’s I paid grogory Pennington to do, not impressed. I also got a phone call from them yesterday afternoon I Jade paid and closed my plan, saying I needed to do a review! |

| 06-Jun-2019 | Good | The service was good, especially the settlements team. I think there could be room for improvement trying to get through on the phone. For me, it was always a very long wait to speak to an advisor, regardless of what time I phoned. This needs addressing as customers get frustrated while waiting to be dealt with. I know this is common with call centres, but due to the nature of debt management it is more frustrating. |
