You can now choose a one-hour slot for your Annual Review

Your Annual Review is an important part of your Debt Management Plan. That’s why we’ve listened to customer feedback to improve the review process to make it even easier and more stress-free. Read on to find out how.

Why are Annual Reviews so important?

Annual Reviews are such an important part of your DMP that if you don’t complete one, your DMP will have to close. Why is this? Well, over the course of a year your finances and your personal circumstances can change, so it is important that we check that your DMP is still the best way for you to be managing your debt and, if it is, make sure that your payment is set at the right level for you. Even if you think nothing’s changed, we still need to check.

What has changed?

The time needed to carry out your review will depend on your particular circumstances. But if you’ve had more than one Annual Review with us, you’ve probably noticed a difference in the last year.

We’ve listened to your feedback, and we’ve managed to make the average review around 15 minutes quicker. But we’re still giving these all the care and attention they need, which means you should expect to be on the phone to us for about an hour.

We know it’s much easier to fit in an important phone call if you can plan for it. So we’ve created an online booking system. It allows you to choose a one-hour slot for your review at the time most convenient to you.

How does it work?

When your Annual Review is due we’ll contact you as usual to let you know. Look for the link to the booking system in your emails from us. Just click on the link, choose your slot, and remember to make a note of the date and time you’ve booked – we’ll send you a confirmation email too. At busy times, you might find that you are offered appointment times after your Annual Review is due or, in some cases, after your DMP is due to close. Don’t worry: so long as you have your review booked (and complete it), your DMP will continue as usual.
